Easy Fruit Dip Recipe

Easy Fruit Dip Recipe

This is the most delicious fruit dip recipe I’ve made! Our recipe combines cream cheese, cream, and orange. It’s insanely good!

Imagine you’re at a party with a table filled with tempting treats. At one end, you see chocolate cupcakes. At the other end, there’s a bowl of this irresistible creamy fruit dip. Where will you find me? I’ll be practically attached to that fruit dip bowl, happily devouring it. Honestly, I hardly even need the fruit – this dip is so good that I could eat it with a spoon!

Serve this incredibly delicious dip with fresh fruit, graham crackers, or homemade shortbread cookies. It’s a guaranteed hit at parties, and kids absolutely love it!

Key Ingredients

  • Cream Cheese and Cream: I love the combination of cream cheese and heavy cream. I use the same base for the frosting of my favorite carrot cake. It’s so simple, yet so good!
  • Orange: Fresh orange is best since it allows you to use some of the zest, which adds an extra pop of orange flavor.
  • Vanilla: Use your favorite vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste, which would be amazing.
  • Powdered Sugar: I use 1/2 cup of powdered sugar, which makes this fruit dip slightly sweet but not overly so. You can reduce or increase based on your tastes.

How to Make Fruit Dip

This fruit dip is incredibly easy to make! Simply combine cream cheese, vanilla extract, orange zest, powdered sugar, orange juice, and cream in a bowl. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer to beat the ingredients together until the dip is light, whipped, and creamy.

How to Make Fruit Dip: Adding the orange juice

You can make this fruit dip in under 10 minutes, making it a perfect last-minute treat. It also stores well in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, so you can easily make it in advance.
